A simple way for Rapid Circle to collect feedback on learning sessions and workshops. Attendees scan a session's QR code and share their thoughts anonymously — no login required, no names needed unless they want to.

Staff create a session

A facilitator sets up a session and gets a unique QR code and link.

Attendees scan & submit

Scanning the QR code opens a short feedback form — anonymous by default.

Staff review results

Staff see a summary and individual feedback for every session.

Use the Seed Demo Data button above to populate the portal with sample sessions and feedback for demos and testing. Seeding is safe to run more than once — it will not create duplicate records.
